EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT
All kind of process equipment as pressure vessels (tubular heat exchangers, reactors, towers, tanks, evaporators, separators, storage tanks), gasmeters, silos, air coolers, cyclones, scrubbers, filters, skid mounted equipment can be designed in this department using for that purpose the appropriate software (B-JAC / ASPEN TECH 5.7 - TEAMS, WERCO 107 / 297, TRITANK 620 etc) in accordance with the international standards ASME, API, BS, AD - MERKBLATTER EURONORMS, GOST etc.

PROCESS & PIPING DEPARTMENT
This department is able to do any kind of design work for refineries, chemical / petrochemical process plants comprising technical offers, studies, basic engineering or detailed design such as flow chart, bill of materials, process calculation of equipment, P & ID, general arrangement, skid mounted equipment, piping classes, isometrics material list, specifications, operating manuals, as built projects etc.
The use of software as CADPIPE, REBIS AUTOPLANT 3D, TRIFLEX assure the accuracy of the a.m. design documents.
The highly skilled personnel can also perform the services on site as technical assistance, start-up, commissioning etc.

PROCESS CONTROL & ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
As the other company's departments, this one was also involved in the main projects, its contribution consisting in the complete detailed design for instrumentation and electrical facilities. In this regard, the following parts of design could be mentioned:
- specifications for instrumentation and electric devices purchasing
- instruments and cables erection design
- control rooms & transformer stations middle & low voltage distribution
All the suppliers' technical offer for the instruments and equipment was approved by the department's engineers, who were also involved in technical assistance on site for erection start-up.

CIVIL WORK DEPARTMENT
The department's specialists, experts and collaborators who can solve the complete design work (plot plan, civil work, architecture, facilities etc) for a civil project, starting from the survey / study up to the workshop drawings, both for buildings and process plants; had drawn out during the last years some important projects, among them the INDUSTRIALEXPORT S.A. Headquarters detailed design being a particular one, as it will be one of the highest buildings of Bucharest city.
